This simulator is designed to verify the correct operation of Technical Means of Operational-Investigative Activities (OIA) within electronic automatic telephone exchanges and mobile radiotelephone communication networks and also to ensure their proper interaction with the Control Point of Operational-Investigative Activities, in accordance with the requirements of the following orders:
- Order of the State Committee for Communications (GosKomSviaz) of Russia No. 70 dated April 20, 1999
- Order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications (GosKomSviaz) of Russia No. 174 dated July 11, 2011
- Order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications (GosKomSviaz) of Russia No. 268 dated November 19, 2012
- Order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications (GosKomSviaz) of the Russian Federation No. 645 dated December 12, 2016
Designed for certification, installation, and acceptance testing of Technical Means of Operational-Investigative Activities at launch communication facilities of the Interconnected Communications Network of the Russian Federation (VSS RF), this control point simulator also supports testing of the same equipment in both modemless and modem-based configurations—using data channels implemented in the channel intervals of an E1 stream.
